An awesome oil for salads, dressings, pasta or cooking with to create more flavour.  Plenty of heat from the mixed hot chillis and zing from the native pepper leaf.  Made only with 100% Australian Extra Virgin Olive oil
Coconut Sambal
Crunchy, medium heat, and bursting with flavour. Sprinkle on salads, curries, soup, rice or noodle dishes.  Even on a bowl of vegetables.  Made with coconut, chilli, fresh mint, coriander and a touch of fish sauce.  NOT VEGAN suitable.
Beetroot Chilli Relish
A mouth watering Beetroot relish that has the heat of Birdseye chilli, spice of cumin and peppercorn and a sweetness to highlight the beetroot.  This is definitely our signature blend. Serve with your favourite cheese platter, poached eggs or even on a fresh ham sandwich. This really goes with anything.
Some Like it HOT Sauce
EXTRA HOT and creamy on the toungue.  Its made with a mix of chillis from scorpians, fatalli, chocolate habanero, smoked AJI and red hab anero. Its like nothing else on the market I beleive. This sauce is fantastic on steak, mexican, adding to your cooking. Really If you love a sauce that is Extra hot but not offensive.. this is for you. It does contain garlic and Gluten free soy.
