A spicy twist on the traditional mustard pickle. Made with chunky cauliflower, green beans, cucumber, spanish onion and even mango. Then given heat with jalapeños, and red and green cayenne chillis. Then to add flavour and layers we have along with the mustard powder added a number of spices and only a hint of sweetness. This is a savoury pickle. Great with cold meats, roasts and definitely corned silverside.
