A little Bit Jammy Pear-Chilli-Saffron

A soft spreading pear jam with Sugar rush peach Chilli to give it a medium heat and citrus and peach tones. With the addition of saffron you also get a floral note.

So great served with cheese and roast pork. Pictured here on cocoa pancakes.
