This is such an easy recipe and mind bogginly tasty! It can be served with rice or over a lovely salad. I served it as part of a seafood mini buffet for 2 for a birthday dinner. Hence its just in a bowl on its own. But I just had to share if with you. You can exchange the barramundi for salmon and the prawns for scallops.....
Ingredients
Fresh Barramundi diced
Fresh Green Prawns - peeled
The Chilli Chick, Chilli and Native Pepper leaf EV Oil
The Chilli Chick Habanero and Sichuan Dukka
30g butter
Lemon
Method
1.Sprinkle Dukka over the prawns and fish quite liberally.
2.In a hot pan drizzle a couple tablespoons of chilli oil.
3. Add the fish to the pan and saute for a couple of minutes then add the prawns.
4. Add the butter and saute until the prawns are just cooked.
5. Squeeze half a lemon over the mix and remove the heat and serve.
Make sure you don't over cook the prawns and fish.
